ANNIE GET YOUR CHAINSAW!
WEBSTER DEEMED HOAX!
In a recent press release, the MTA has confirmed rumors of a ominious giant spider hanging from the picturesque ceiling of New York City's Grand Central Station. It was first spotted several weeks after Thanksgiving and remained virtually undetected by commuters throughout much of the holiday's busy season. Employees as well as MTA police were instructed when questioned to refer to the air-breathing arthropod as "Webster The Happy Christmas Spider" in efforts to not cause mass histaria. It was also confirmed that Webster was exterminated on the day of the big snow storm when the station was void of customers and trains were not in use.
